Easy access to everything especially if you are visiting Andorra for skiing.

I didn't like that you were able to smoke in public rooms e.g. the lounge/bar. Wish there was a smoking ban in Andorra!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A reservation issue was fixed quickly and with a great attitude to please.

Accept dogs. Very reasonable price. Amazing mountain location but close access to city and shops in Andorra la Vella. Next door to cable car giving access to huge range of adventure activities. Very friendly place.

Limited room service. Limited bar food. Restaurant is the only place for meal which is out of bounds to dogs and as dogs cannot be in a bedroom unattended the only option is to eat out. However many restaurants in the area do accept dogs out of peak hours.

Very friendly staff. Separate WC in room.Excellent food in the restaurant and a beautyfull winecard!

Restaurant was a rip off - supposedly "fine dinning", one of the starters was a very poor pasta bolognaise, the main was a shared veal shin which was adequate at best. Rushed service. So great hotel but don't eat there!

location of the hotel is great! breakfast was very good.

internet connection was on and off very often, which is a shame for such a nice hotel..it was disappointing.

service, facilities, spa ( jacuzzi pool) and saunas. Very nice beds, linen , towels. Superb. Excellent breakfast. Sli lift right opposite the building.

For cleaning a lot of chemicals are used ( for carpets most probably) - strong smell causing allergic reactions

Ideal location for skiing - just opposite to the main ski lift. Good breakfasts.

Very difficult to park the car in the indoor garage. Quite small rooms.

No shampoo and slippers in the pool which costs 10E, the other 4 * hotels it's all free. Twice we received refusal from staff to cook fried eggs for breakfast. Hotel Wi-Fi network run badly and configured is not professional. Ski-lift is not far (100 meters), but there is a poor skiing area, the best in Andorra at the distance of 7 km from the hotel.

Excellent hotel! The price is very good also. I am very glad I had choose to stay there!

Location, across the Vallnord cable-car, the swimming pool & spa although requiring additional cost, breakfast.

Toilet is separate from the sink and shower in our room with 3 beds (in the rooms with 2 beds there are together). The garage has tight parking places.

the hotel was quiet with a good staff

the meal was not good and the spa not available before 3 pm
